Painter, sculptor and medallist, he trained in Florence under the guidance of Libero Andreotti. He produced classical female nudes, portraits and celebratory monuments. He also taught Sculpture and was the director of various Art institutes. He took part in numerous regional, national, and European shows including the Rome Quadriennal in 1935 and the XX Venice Biennale in 1936.
